Mô tả công việc
ROLE
Develop and implement the Strategy, Execution Plan, and for all Channels
Perform regular market visits to build/ improve customer relationships, new customer acquisition and monitor sales force performance.
Regular management reporting
DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop the team; Prepare area sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as distribution, sales volume, and monitor the performance of the team against these goals.
Prepare the monthly PJP for sales team on OTG (Sales software) and track the OTG to make sure the effective market routing.

Conduct regular market visits in alignment with company SOP's.
Build and maintain the strong relationship with all buyers/ customers.
Responsible to ensure effective operational cost by controlling expenses and monitor sales budget of assigned Region.
Develop and improve sales force competency by planning skills development programs such as sales training, customer relationship management trainings, problem solving training, etc.
Gather market trends, competitor data to evaluate the best solutions for enhancing sales.
Conduct outlet checks to ensure product visibility, brand visibility as per agreements or promotion campaigns.
Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to the team and coordinate to develop marketing and promotional activities to be implemented for all channels.
Ensure to share company updates, promotion scheme, and new product information to their respective outlets.
Ensure achievement of month-on-month Sales KPI's and targets as per agreement with management.
Reporting the sales report, customer complaints and market knowledge regarding with the competitor on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to Head of Sales.
Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance and adjust the strategy and action plans.
Track distribution and sales performance of each member of the sales team on monthly basis
Responsible for performing ad hocks tasks in the department as required.

Yêu cầu
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
Any Degree Holder
Diploma in Business Management/ Sales is preferred.
Minimum experience of 4 -5 yrs. in Alco Beverage Industry (HORECA and OFF-TRADE Channel) having good relationship with key accounts.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Equally confident in English and Vietnamese
Sound knowledge of creating Power Point presentations, Excel, Word etc.
Commercial and brand knowledge
Ability to communicate clearly - Strong presentations skills
Negotiation skill on win-win solution
Can work under high pressure
Effective, positive and energetic attitude
Willing to spend evenings and weekends working
