JOB SUMMARY:
Based in Hanoi, in charge of key account in Nam Dinh, Ha Nam
Develop business results through expanding product awareness and providing technical support/ guidance to decision makers.
To the extent permitted by law, provide necessary assistance to the relevant local distributor(s) based on their requests on handling the tender management and promotion of company's key products based on their requests.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Lead the business-support management at hospitals relating to the relevant local distributor(s)' tender.
Coordinate with the relevant local distributor(s) to enlist company's products to inpatient, outpatient and pharmacy drug lists at hospital level. Coordinate the quota between hospitals relating to the relevant local distributor(s)' tender.
Promote company's new products to TAEs (Therapeutic Area Experts) during the awareness phase.
Reinforce the scientific support of company's products among TAEs.
Participate and organize scientific events and projects.
Analyze business results and build an action plan for assigned territory.
To the extent permitted by law, make recommendations for the relevant local distributor(s)' consideration based on their requests so that the distributor(s) can: prepare and implement a comprehensive business plan for each hospital relating to the relevant local distributor(s)' tender; define monthly revenue goals for each hospital; identify, quantify and prioritize opportunities at each hospital; and establish and validate the unique needs and challenges of each hospital, their processes, key stakeholders, business issues and internal policies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Pharmacist or Doctor background.
At least one-year experience at a similar position or at least three-year experience of Medical Rep/ Drug Introduction position at multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Successful experience in sales, both in qualitative and quantitative parameters.
Good capacity to identify business drivers and to assess return on investment.
Ability to take initiative and to identify decision process at hospital channel.
Strong leadership, fluent communication and good interpersonal skills.
