Role Overview: We are looking for a confident, engaging and professional Live Stream Host to join our Live Education team. The Host will be responsible for presenting live and recorded content across digital platforms, interacting with audiences, interviewing guests and helping deliver engaging educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Host and present live and recorded programs across digital platforms.
• Present LiveEdu sessions on Facebook Live, YouTube and online webinar platforms.
• Prepare, rehearse and deliver show scripts and program content.
• Research assigned topics and gather relevant background information to support each program.
• Introduce topics, explain key information clearly and interact naturally with the audience.
• Work closely with the production, content and technical teams to ensure smooth program execution.
• Keep programs running according to schedule and respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations.
• Improvise when necessary while maintaining the quality and direction of the program.
• Participate in content planning and contribute ideas for new program formats, topics and audience engagement.
• Ensure information is delivered in a clear, engaging and audience-appropriate manner.

Qualifications:
Essential Requirements
• Age: 23-29
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Clear, confident and engaging voice.
• Confident in public speaking, presenting and interviewing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with a live audience.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Outgoing, approachable and engaging personality.
• Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly during live programs.
The following will be considered a plus:
• Previous experience as a Live Stream Host, TV Host, MC, Presenter or similar role.
• Degree or academic background in Media, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong research and information-gathering skills.
• Ability to generate original ideas and contribute to content development.
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative and make quick decisions when needed.
• Strong concentration and multitasking skills.
• Good memory and ability to recall facts, figures and scripts accurately.
• Well-organized with strong preparation and time-management skills.
