Qualifications:
Essential Requirements
• Age: 23-29
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Clear, confident and engaging voice.
• Confident in public speaking, presenting and interviewing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with a live audience.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Outgoing, approachable and engaging personality.
• Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly during live programs.
The following will be considered a plus:
• Previous experience as a Live Stream Host, TV Host, MC, Presenter or similar role.
• Degree or academic background in Media, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong research and information-gathering skills.
• Ability to generate original ideas and contribute to content development.
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative and make quick decisions when needed.
• Strong concentration and multitasking skills.
• Good memory and ability to recall facts, figures and scripts accurately.
• Well-organized with strong preparation and time-management skills.
