Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and auditing quality assurance systems and activities to meet customer requirements and specifications.
2. Responsible for hiring, training and developing, conducting performance evaluations, recognizing and disciplining assigned employees in accordance with company's human resources policies and procedures, which include equal employment opportunities.
3. Provides reports pertaining to quality performance results, corrective actions and prevention. serves as a problem prevention coordinator.
4. Interacts with customers to gain an understanding of their quality requirements for new & existing products and to receive feedback.
5. Interface with customers on technical/quality issues and improvement initiatives.
6. Analyzes, evaluates and presents information concerning factors such as production capabilities, manufacturing problems, new products for consideration by other members of management team.
7. Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory compliance agency audits.
8. Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
9. Develops and implements reliability test, failure analysis, customer returned products verification & new product qualification system.
10. To conduct quality review meetings and report to the senior management regarding the Quality performance.
11. To report to the management any major areas of quality improvement need.
12. Implement and work towards TQM in the company and ensure that product quality objectives are being achieved.
13. Reviews technical publications, articles, and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in industry.

Yêu cầu
Qualification:
1. U-graduate, At least 5 years experience in related environment
2. Knowledgeable of different QC tools and methodologies
3. Exposures on problem solving techniques
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Fluent in English or Chinese both in writing and oral.
6. Have the knowledge of ISO/TS16949, AS9100, ISO13485.
7. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.
