Welcome and anticipate guest needs, actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms, cupboards as well as public areas according to s standards and procedures.
Replenishes guest supplies.
Reports damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to supervisor. and repair...
Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness.
Maintains a section report.
Maintains a daily task checklist.
Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately.
Report guest complaints to supervisor immediately.
Records area status in allocated section accurately.
Creates and maintains floral arrangements.
Carries out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders.
Yêu cầu
Job knowledge and skills.
Polite, courteous and helpful.
Must be organized and structured.
Education: Graduate at least from high school (housekeeping certificate is preferred).
Experience: Experience in housekeeping department in 1 year at the same position is preferred.
Additional skill required:
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees.
Able to speak in Basic English.
