Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to team members.
Effectively manage the Bar in the absence of the Manager.
Supervise day-to-day Bar operations to ensure smooth service flow, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Develop, implement and maintain beverage preparation standards, recipes and garnishing guidelines for all Bar outlets.
Monitor Bar mise-en-place, stock availability and operational readiness before service periods.
Train, coach and evaluate
bartenders on beverage knowledge, mixing techniques, presentation standards and guest interaction skills.
Manage Bar equipment, tools and operating assets; ensure proper maintenance and propose replacement or repair when necessary.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
High school education; University Diploma will be an advantage.
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Good working knowledge of POS Micro, MC and Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate fluently in English; other languages are a plus.
