The Room Attendant or Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their assigned guest rooms. Duties include upholding Hyatt's standards of service through cleaning and refreshing guest rooms on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for attention to detail and for working in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment. This role is guest facing and does require the ability to effectively communicate with hotel guests and colleagues to continue to enhance the guest's experience. Your warm smile and a friendly and welcoming greeting go a long way while on the guest floors and accessing guest rooms. Lastly, the Room Attendant will play a huge role in making a lasting impression on the overall guest experience when someone decides to stay with us at the Hyatt over another competitor.
The hourly rate for this position is $16.20/hr. This position is eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards
