Mô tả công việc

1. Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager / Manager in daily operation. Perform shift duties, Monitor attendant's punctuality and appearance of staffs.
2. Supervise room attendants, linen attendants, public areas and contractors
3. Conduct daily staff shift's briefing and assigned job task for room attendant.
4. Conduct supervisor meeting weekly to make sure all tasks are follow up direction and same way, report to HK Manager.
5. To oversee the daily duties of the HSK Attendants and to ensure that all assigned work is completed on a timely basis.
6. Conduct daily routine check of rooms and public areas to make sure all command areas are cleanliness follow up standard. Check and replace flowers when necessary.
7. Responsible for key control & proper issue of floor key to maids.
8. To report and follow up on repair and defect required for guest rooms and public areas to Engineering Department.
9. Ensure smooth resident check-in and check-out
10. Check apartment's inventories with residents upon check in or check out.
11. Inspect apartments assigned to room attendant for maintenance and cleanliness follow up standard.
12. To inspect all vacant clean rooms to ensure they have been completed to the accepted standard.
13. Immediately report of any damage to furniture, fitting and equipment.
14. To control and report all privacy & DND room follow up policy & procedure.
15. Provide OJT training for new & current staff
16. Support cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
17. To report and record Lost and Damaged items.
18. Establishes monthly reports according to requirements.
19. To attend to specific guest requests and complaints & record all incidents in logbook and follow up on previous information reported by other Team leaders daily.
20. To report any suspicious behavior to the Security department or the MOD on duty.
21. To report on and investigate adverse guest comments.
22. To liaise closely with Guest Service regarding guest room status and specific room requests.
23. Other duties and projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

Yêu cầu

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: College or Vocational School graduation.
LANGUAGES: Fluently in both Vietnamese/ English
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Computer skills
Familiar with Hospitality software
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION): 4 - 5 years in a similar position in large hotels or international 5 star Hotel/Resorts companies.
