Responsibilities
Data Collection:
• Retrieve and compile sales data from various centres regularly.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data retrieved from the sales tracking system.
Sales Performance Tracking:
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries for management.
• Identify trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Promotions Implementation:
• Implement and follow up on the performance of promotional programs from the marketing department.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update sales databases and records.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
Other Duties:
• Support the sales team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and training sessions.
Skill Requirements
• Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with sales performance tracking and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
Required Experience
• 2+ years of experience in a sales administration role or similar position
Required Education and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
