* Admin tasks: - Monthly stationery order and issue. - Flight ticket booking, hotel booking for all visitors and guests. - Work with supplier to maintain office cleaning. - Raise PR for all department request items. * HR tasks: - Checking attendance of all employees. - Support HRM on recruitment, policy & regulations. - Activities celebration. - Other tasks as assigned.

- College/ bachelor graduation, at least 1 year experience at relevant jobs - Computer literate - Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, HR system - Good communication skills - written and verbal in Vietnamese & English
