Mô tả công việc
The HR/Admin Executive will help with the JP HR/Admin tasks if necessary. Besides, he/she will work locally for VN hub HR topics. The main tasks are as follows:
• Handling candidate sourcing, including job postings, working with recruitment agencies, conducting candidate screening and HR interviews.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with stakeholders.
• Tracking interview status
• Monitoring recruitment status of all countries of APAC
• Supporting in Employer branding activities
• Supporting in onboarding new employee activities if necessary.
• Handling some HR admin tasks from time to time
• Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Head of HR APAC
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Bachelor's degree, prefer in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Technical skills and experience:
• 4+ years in HR, with experience in recruitment, HR administration
• Familiar with Japanese labor practices (prior experience supporting Japan operations is a plus).
• Good at Microsoft Office
Soft-skills & attitute
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Language-skills:
• Good at both English and Japanese
