SUMMARY:
The HR Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing both human resources and administrative functions within the organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with labor law.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures following local regulations
- Processing of monthly payroll, including attendance, and leave balance.
- Support performance management activities, including conducting probation assessments and coordinating performance appraisals.
- Provide administrative support for the office, including managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
- Oversee office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for office operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all administrative matters.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and company information
- I am able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Experience working with a global team is a plus.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
