Mô tả công việc

To Assist Senior Human Resource, Admin and Training Executive and Human Resources Manager to execute latest directive on Human Resource Matters.
Liaise with Government Authorities such as Labor Department, Immigration Department, Embassy, Police, and Social Insurance Office on matters related to Human Resources.
Liaise with Hostel Management team to arrange for workers' accommodation.
Organize and manage monthly Workers Welfare Meeting.
Manage workers disciplinary or misconduct cases and ensure proper record.
Monitor the attendance of workers and/or staffs to ensure compliance to Labour Law.
Assist workers in opening new bank account and replacing their bank card when necessary.
Assist in managing the security and canteen operator & services
Manage worker's leaves.
Arrange for workers engagement with factory management
Organise and manage local worker recruitment
Arrange on-boarding programme for all new workers
Arrange for workers uniform purchase & other required items
Train workers and maintain accurate workers training records.
Create awareness and conduct training on social compliance for workers.
Arrange to send sick workers to panel clinic or hospital, to accompany them, if needed.
Arrange for worker to undergo pre-employment medical check-up
Prepare monthly increment/promotion letter for workers
Prepare letter for Merit/Demerit for workers
Conduct monthly Health screening & report to Corporate Health
Managing workers Personal File
Provide accurate data/report to the Management on periodic basis and/or when required
Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferably 1 to 2 years of related working experience.
A team player with strong communication skill.
Good command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Pleasant personality and able to interact with all level of people.
Positive working attitude and able to work independently in a team environment.
High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.
Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
