1. Compensation & Benefits
- Execute monthly payroll, PIT, social insurance, and PIT finalization for local staffs and expatriate.
- Prepare the offer letter and labor contract for all staffs.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- To assign tasks manage supervise and evaluate work performance as well as train and develop the staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
2. Third party management
- Work with Outsourcing agency regarding payroll, insurance, work permit, residence card, visa for local staffs and expatriates.
- Find and maintain other recruitment channels to attract more candidates.
3. Employee Relation
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in organizing team building activities.
4. HR System & Report
- Record employee data in master staffs list.
- Report staff costs and headcount to the Headquarter.
5. Others
- Manage timesheet and annual leave records
- Prepare and manage labor contract, register new staffs and update changes to Tax/Insurance authority
- Post jobs for recruitment, contact potential candidates to arrange interview, send interview invitation to candidate, manage the candidate records
* ADMIN
- To ensure all employees of the company always comply with rules and regulations of the company.
- Manage to ensure company code of conducts.
- To ensure the operation of the office effectively timely supporting employees and departments.
- To manage the new sign contracts, renewal contracts such as office and warehouse rental contract, electricity contract, asset insurance contract, car rental contract, etc.
- Plan and order things for Office using such as stationery, office tools & equipment, drinking water, F&B.
- Prepare payment request for all costs relating to admin job such as taxi, car rental, telephone, stationery, postage, courier, etc.
- Ensure facility and office upkeep and maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions
- Work with other departments to support the company to follow new regulation, new dispatch, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent with at least 3 years
- Honest, detailed, well-organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
- Good written and spoken English
WE OFFER
- Salary: negotiation.
- Have 13th month salary, lunch fee, and compulsory insurance requested by law.
- Annual Leave: 15 days for 1st working year; 18 days for 2nd working year.
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent with at least 3 years
