What will you do?
I - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Admin Function:
Managing and contracting with vendors externally and follow up legal review process internally.
Expense payments process on SAP system and follow up with accountant for vendors' payments timely.
Employee engagement activities and events arrangement with Crocs United Committee team.
Visa, hotel, transport arrangement for global visitors and local Crocs VN routine operation.
Company property tracker management & registration on IT devices, HR gears to employees' in & out.
Other daily admin ad-hoc transactional work.
2. HR Function:
Support Talent Acquisition includes Employer Branding activities.
Internal (in person activities): Crocs VN employee engagement initiatives, activities.
External (online activities): Create content for Crocs VN LinkedIn page.
Support L&D Programs (LinkedIn Learning, Lunch & Learn, etc.).
Support Recruitment & Onboarding Process.
Support Employee Benefits program build-up, maintain and enhance.
Support Employee Engagements & Retention programs initiatives & running.
Support CSR Programs running includes CrocsCares activities.
II - KEY ROLE DIMENSIONS:
1. Key Relationship with:
Internal Departments: All Crocs Vietnam Employees
External Stakeholders: HR & Admin suppliers, vendor, headhunts, etc.
2. Geographical responsibility area:
Vietnam.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree (in Human Resource Management is a plus).
2. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbally)
Detail Orientated, Persistent and adapt easily.
Proactive and enthusiastic.
3. Experience:
Communication Branding & Marketing activities experiences are plus points.
Develop branding marketing eg.: emails, posters, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Ensure communications materials are consistent and reflect the organisation's strategic vision, business objectives and key messages.
Ensure consistent framing of messages.
Edit, design internal email communications and/or print internal publications
Event coordinating
