With its five lines of business (Supply Chain Optimization, Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Distribution & Express and Road Transport), GEODIS manages its customers Supply Chain by providing end-to-end solutions enabled by our people, our infrastructure, processes and systems.
YOU WILL GET:

KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Support Recruitment tasks in posting jobs, screening CVs and welcome newcomers
- Assist in Internal & External Training activities following the Training Plan
- Performs receptionist duties, such as greeting and assisting customers, answering and directing phone calls, and taking messages.
- Performs basic office duties, such as copying, filing, faxing, typing standard documents, preparing, sorting, and distributing mail, entering data, and running basic or standard reports.
- Support HR team to organize engagement activities like happy hour, team building, company trips...
- Making the weekly/ monthly attendance report
- Other tasks assigned by HR & Admin Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3rd/4th year students or Freshers with major of Human Resources, Business Administration or other related majors at Universities
- Fluent in English, Excellent in both speaking and writing of English
- Be proficent at Canva, Excel, Work, Powerpoint
- Hold a great passion for Admin and HR jobs
- Hardworking, result-driven and proactive in work
- Can work at least 4 - 6 months full time from February 2023 and can sign a temporary employee contract in the next 6 months after the internship period
* Working place: 09th Floor, Bluesky Office Building, 1 Bach Dang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
* Working time: 8AM - 5PM, Monday - 2 Saturday mornings/ month
