Mô tả công việc
Key responsibilities:
Admin
Administration Manage daily administration activities of the company including but not limited to: Visa, transportation, accommodation, traveling arrangement for visitors; and other activities as determined by General Manager
Human Resources
• Projects/ Activities supporting Strategic Business Expansion
• Succession Planning & Talent Management
• Lead succession planning with GM and HoDs and facilitating to identify high potential employees, create and implement the development talent management plan.
• Lead the development of comprehensive skills matrix, skills gap analysis and integrated program to add for these gaps, and together with other HoDs to manage and ensure the effective implementation of the programs.
• Graduate Program
• Develop a full project requirement from advertisement, on-site recruitment (test and interview), training in house (Vietnam & Overseas).
• Monthly meeting to ensure employees working in this program are obtaining sufficient knowledge, adding value to daily operations.
• Regular testing/evaluation/appraisal to align their learning & development is satisfying personal expectation, company's career roadmap and optimise final placement into fulltime role.
Resources
• Create and implement the effective recruitment process, and self-participated in selection of senior staff and/or sales team.
• Lead development of implementing comprehensive employee induction program to ensure full understanding of Company policies and other relevant essential procedures.
• Design, manage, facilitate, and direct the bi-annual performance development process to ensure that all employees' performance is measured.
Employee Relation
• Keep up to date with legal developments and advise leadership on a range of employee issues, manage resource planning and delivery timely and appropriate resourcing solutions (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, performance management, etc.) for both experience and non - experienced hires and ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management.
• Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters; and provide advice or guidance to ensure well-managed, aligning Labor code, policies, and best practice.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective, fairness and consistent HR policies and procedures to ensure all employees is comprehensive, up-to-date and operate well.
• Develop and maintain an effective partnership with the trade union ensuring consultation and communication practices are routinely adopted to enable management to make effective decisions and successfully implement proposals.
• Establish human resources strategy to develop brand value and organizational culture of the company via performance assessment, working attitude, risk management, teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits
• Gather and analyse market data to measure the competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefits package and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Propose the annual salary review process as per budget and current market trends.
• Manage the payroll and benefits procedures to ensure the speed and accuracy of services to ensure proper communication is maintained with all employees and that questions and problems are answered and followed through in a timely basis for areas including social insurances, health insurance, payroll taxes, vacation, and holidays.
General
• Lead the OHSE improvement process through hazard identification, risk assessment, development of SOPs, conducting safety talks, accident investigation and personal role modelling of exemplary OHSE standards.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are documented, implemented, and maintained as required for certifications such as ISO, FSSC, GMP etc.
• Supervise / manage the performance, development, attendance, and behaviour of staff.
• Ensure the HRIS is updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with any legal or data protection policies.
• Manage Cost Centres: participate in annual budget process, approve all cost centre expenditure, provide FYE by item by month, ensure cost centre budget is not exceeded.
• Ensure all employees are aware of and follow employment and legislative responsibilities in relation to safety, discrimination, HR policies, quality, and the environment, as well as informed and updated on key business and organizational issues via Employee Briefing session.
• Provide monthly management reports on HR issues to shareholders as required.
• To undertake other tasks as agreed with the General Manager

Requirement:
• Business/ Economic General Administration and Commercial & Training is required.
• At least 5 years in HR Director position and 5 years in HR management-level experience in human resources
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (employee relations, performance, recruitment, compensation, training, benefits, incentive, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Vietnamese applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources and general business practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters tactfully and professionally.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation skill
• Excellent interview & selection, delegation, Analytica thinking.
• Excellent Problem solving & decision making.
• Excellent training/coaching/mentoring
• High skills in data management, data analysis, reporting
• Well-organized, accuracy, careful, responsible
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong analytical ability including the ability to identify trends and implement process improvements.
