Job Summary:
The HR Admin is responsible for supporting daily HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and employee management.
2. Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Prepare and manage labor contracts and employee documents.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Support payroll and social insurance procedures.
Manage office supplies and administrative tasks.
Arrange meetings, business trips, and company events when needed.
Handle correspondence and filing documents.
Support other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR/Admin roles is preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsible, careful, and able to multitask.
