Mô tả Công việc
1. Corporate Management
• Develop strategies, policies, initiatives and monitor Human Resources management in accordance with the overall of business strategy.
• Prepare the Human Resources Department's annual budget plan to ensure high operational efficiency according to budget guidelines.
• Advise the Board of Directors on human resources activities including employee issues, labor law and government relations.
• Develop internal working regulation, procedures, and regulations for businesses and monitor compliance with that regulation.
• Complete the management and control system of legal documents, forms, contracts, agreements, etc. of the company.
• Manage HR tools and regular HR reports.
2. Recruitment
• Set up human resource plans based on the synthesis of recruitment needs from departments within the company and approved by the Board of Directors.
• Manage, interview and evaluation candidates to ensure the quality & quantity of employee needed to meet operational and business requirements.
3. Training & Development
• Support career development planning for employees in conjunction with relevant heads of department.
• Ensure completion of orientation training and induction of new employees.
4. Compensation & Benefit
• Develop and implement all human resources policies for company.
• Manage and monitor activities related to issues occurring to employees with respect to Labor Law, policy and internal regulation.
5. Administration
• Manage administrative operation of the company.
• Develop and ensure implementation and inspection of activities related to Health - Safety - Enviroment.
• Asset management and other administrative tasks (visa, work permit, business license management,..)
• Establish and maintain various relationships with local organizations and relevant state agencies.
• Carry out internal activities to encourage teamwork, core behaviors, values and strengthen the cohesion of all employees in the company.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related major.
• Have 3 - 5 years of working experience at the same position in manufacturing enviroment.
• Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English, communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices and Vietnam Labor Law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related major.
• Have 3 - 5 years of working experience at the same position in manufacturing enviroment.
• Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English, communication and interpersonal skills
