Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Develop annual workforce plans and recruitment budgets in coordination with department heads.
Lead recruitment activities to ensure timely staffing in line with production and business requirements.
Develop recruitment channels and strengthen the Company's employer branding.
2. Learning & Development
Develop and implement annual training and employee development plans.
Establish career development and promotion pathways.
Coordinate Company-wide training programs and monitor training effectiveness.
3. Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture
Develop initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement.
Plan and organize internal communications, Company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
4. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Develop and continuously improve salary structures, salary grades, bonus schemes, benefits, and HR policies.
Review compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, legal compliance, and alignment with business needs.
5. HR Management & Organizational Development
Develop and improve HR policies, regulations, procedures, and management systems.
Advise management on employee matters including appointment, promotion, transfer, salary adjustment, and other HR-related decisions.
Develop and manage performance management systems such as KPI, MBO, OKR, or other appropriate methodologies.
Manage and monitor annual HR plans, budgets, and key HR initiatives.
6. Administration & Compliance
Oversee general administration including local
purchasing, visitor reception, document control, Company assets and facilities, security, canteen operations, environmental matters, and workplace conditions.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations relating to labor, social insurance, occupational health and safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental matters, trade union, and other relevant requirements.
Represent the Company in working with government authorities, inspection teams, customers, auditors, and other relevant parties on HR, administration, and social compliance matters.
7. Team Management
Lead, manage, and develop the HR & Administration team.
Ensure effective coordination between HR & Administration and other departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role, such as
HR Manager, HRBP Manager, or equivalent.
Experience working in a multinational or foreign-invested company, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with expatriates (expats).
Strong knowledge of HR management, Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
Strong leadership, planning, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in HR management systems/software.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
