Mô tả công việc
Scope of work
• Handle full spectrum of HR functions: Talent acquirement, recruitment and full employment process for HQTS Vietnam &SEA company and Laboratory as per group's SOP;
• Prepare formalities and reports to the authority related to staff movement;
• Prepare report/ analysis for management review on both HR and Admin.
• Support office administration task (with other staff of OM and Finance departments).
• Assist in ad hoc projects and support other countries as assigned by supervisor.
Duties and tasks
I- HR management:
1. Review approved head counts for Vietnam & SEA company with Group's HR manager and Line managers for regular recruitment plan and provide qualified candidates in due time;
2. Work with other talent acquirement networks for company's competitiveness in branding and talent attraction;
3. Follow through all HR process on HUB system and at local premises for: recruitment, contraction, discipline follow-up, termination process [protected info] due time;
4. Follow ISO process, actual practice and keep good filing of company's employees from on -boarding, training, assessment to recognition and decision for each position;
5. Monthly submit payroll, social insurance and quarterly PIT for on-time payment; submit annual tax report for PIT with accuracy;
6. Coordinate with other department in the company and groups for support of HR management and activities;
7. Work with related authorities for smooth and legal operation of Vietnam company; instant update staff and senior managers with changes in policy for correct application;
8. Update information on Vietnam's public holiday and other announcement on HUB;
9. Assist HR works for other countries in the group upon assignment by your supervisor.
II- Administration
1. Responsible of the Vietnam company's stamp on document, contracts, invoices duly after signatures of the person in charge;
2. Follow up with registration, renewal, changes... of Vietnam company's investment license and related registration (address, personal changes, tax code, scope of works...) on due time and process;
3. Responsible for the Reception area and works for Vietnam company;
4. Apply for visa, work permit, temporary resident card for foreign employee (if any);
5. Support local teams in in/out couriers and shipments;
6. Follow through purchasing process on system and at local within the scope assigned among Admin. supporters;
7. Apply for regular payment and or incurrent payment monthly;
8. Taking part in events organization for Team building and Corporate Culture activities;
9. Support other companies of HQTS Group in specific jobs upon assignment by your supervisor;

Yêu cầu công việc
Skills/Qualifications
• Language: English and Vietnamese. Chinese is a plus.
• University graduate (Human Resources Management/Legal/Business Management or related discipline is a plus)
• Knowledge in employment law
• Candidate with international exposure is a preferred
• 2 years of working experience, preferably within HR
• Proficiency on MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong ethics and reliability
