Human Resources
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR at the company not limited to Recruitment, C&B, employee relationship and labor discipline.
- Take lead in the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Be proactive in selection the right approach channels to hire talents to meet business's requirements in time.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including compensation and benefits, health insurance, and time-off policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees as well as their line managers.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs and SOPs for HR and Admin department.
- Be a ambassador in building Company culture.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and security.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Actively update vendors' database for Company's business needs.
- Monitor company renovation and repairs.
- Coordinate with Building management in term of matters related to rent and utilities at the company.
- Coordinate with kitchen managers in preparing and meeting the functional authorities in term of matters related to hygiene, fire safety and ISO.
- File and keep Company licenses updated from time to time.
- Carrying out procedures for visa, work permit, temporary residence for foreign workers.
- Apply for company licenses if necessary.
- Make monthly proposals such as rent, electricity and water,
purchasing, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at the Company.
Finance and Budgeting
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coach, manage and evaluate your staff's performance
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line manager.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources and Admin position and at least 2 year in a management position
- Extensive understanding of Labor Code and current laws related to Human Resources and administration
- Good at communicate, presentation
- Good observation, a mindset of pay attention in detail
- Communicate well in English
