Mô tả công việc
Implement company policies such as compensation structures, and employee welfare programs.
Manage payment requests and prepare weekly and monthly expense reports for suppliers, proactively monitoring office spending.
Purchase and maintain office equipment and assets, ensuring efficient use and maintenance.
Manage internal systems for timekeeping, e-learning platforms, and business services.
Maintain and update employee databases and documentation accurately and securely.
Coordinate office administrative tasks for the tea service and ensure smooth operations.
Organize internal engagement activities and training sessions, facilitating team-building and skill development initiatives.
Provide support in scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and assisting with compensation and benefits administration.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu
2-3 years of experience in roles such as Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar positions, demonstrating a solid understanding of office procedures and administrative tasks.
Experience using office management software, specifically MS Office applications such as Excel and Word, to streamline administrative tasks and data management processes.
Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, enabling clear communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and honesty in all aspects of work.
Experience using office management software, specifically MS Office applications such as Excel and Word, to streamline administrative tasks and data management processes.

Quyền lợi
Salary: $350 - $700 (excluding bonuses).
Working hours: Monday to Friday.
