Support the
HR Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and garment industry standards.
Participate in workforce planning, including recruitment, training, development, and succession planning.
Manage and oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely fulfillment of labor needs for production workers (sewing operators, QC, technicians) as well as office staff.
Monitor and supervise payroll, timekeeping, employee benefits, and social insurance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in building a professional and engaging working environment to reduce employee turnover.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle disciplinary actions, labor relations issues, and resolve disputes if any.
Prepare periodic HR reports: workforce fluctuation, turnover rate, labor costs, recruitment and training effectiveness.
Propose and implement employee engagement, retention, and productivity improvement programs.
Graduated from College or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in garment/textile manufacturing plants.
Solid knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, and labor relations.
Experience in managing a team of 3 - 6 staff.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good command of English.
Experience with ERP systems is a PLUS.
