Key Responsibilities
• Support the HR team in various HR operations and projects.
• Assist in HR administrative activities and documentation.
• Support employee-related activities, internal communications, and company events as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Provide support for HR initiatives and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the HR team and managers.
• Assist in other HR-related tasks as needed.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.
• Practical knowledge of payroll, social insurance, personal income tax, and labor regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.
