Timekeeping management
Prepare labor contract and C&B related document. Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Onboard/offboard process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, exit interview and onboard/offboard checklist.
Responsible for social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance for DN office.
Manage employee records, internal data, and generate related reports.
Establish policies regarding recruitment, timekeeping, leave, termination, KPI and employee discipline.
Other tasks assigned from Management team/Office Manager.
Yêu cầu
University graduated, major in Human Resources or equivalent.
Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
1-3 years' experience in HR C&B or equivalent.
Good command written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
Have a great teamwork spirit.
Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze and solve problems.
Well-versed in labor law, social insurance law, and other related regulations.
