• Timekeeping management
• Prepare labor contracts and C&B related documents. Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry
and proceed with contract renewal.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Onboard/offboard process including documentation preparation, communication to related
department, exit interview and onboard/offboard checklist.
• Responsible for social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance for DN
office.
• Manage employee records, internal data, and generate related reports.
• Establish policies regarding recruitment, timekeeping, leave, termination, KPI, and employee
discipline.
• Other tasks assigned from the Management team/Office Manager
Yêu cầu
University graduated, majoring in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• 1-3 years' experience in HR C&B or equivalent.
• Good command written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
• Have a great teamwork spirit.
• Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze and solve problems.
• Well-versed in labor law, social insurance law, and other related regulations
