Position: HR Assistant_Factory HR & Recruitment
Location: Binh Duong Factory
Department: Human Resources
Reporting to: HR Supervisor
Job Purpose
The HR Assistant will support daily HR and Administrative operations at the Factory, with primary responsibility for factory recruitment, onboarding coordination, employee administration, and HR operational support to ensure smooth manpower operations and employee services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for factory positions (operators, technicians, warehouse, admin support, etc.)
Source candidates through job sites, local channels, referrals, and recruitment events
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring documentation
Prepare onboarding arrangements and support new employee orientation
Maintain recruitment database and monitor recruitment progress/status
2. HR Operations & Employee Administration
Support employee documentation including labor contracts, personal files, probation follow-up, and HR records
Ensure employee data is updated accurately in HR systems and personnel files
Assist in leave administration, attendance records, and other HR operational tasks
Support implementation of HR policies, company regulations, and internal communications
3. Factory HR Support
Act as HR contact point for employees at factory level regarding HR/Admin matters
Support employee engagement activities, internal events, welfare, and communication programs
Coordinate with departments to support manpower planning and workforce stability
4. Administrative Support
Support administrative coordination for factory office operations when required
Manage stationery, uniforms, lockers, and other employee facilities/support arrangements
Coordinate with vendors/service providers related to HR/Admin activities
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with Labor Law and company regulations
Prepare HR reports, recruitment updates, and manpower tracking as assigned
Support audits and HR documentation review when required
6. Other Duties
Perform other HR/Admin assignments as delegated by the HR Supervisor

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
3 years of HR/Admin, having recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG environment
Hi-technology applications are a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications , Office Equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Weekends off).
Hours: 7:30 AM - 16:30 PM.
