Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals in the gaming industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.
HR Business Partnering
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of HR matters.
• Work closely with department heads to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Thailand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant HR tools.
Competencies/Skills:
• Good at problem-solving
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good Time Management
• Sufficient English for professional working
