POSITION OVERVIEW
About the Role
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Expert, you will act as a strategic advisor to key business units (Operations, Delivery, Sales, etc.), partnering closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business performance.
You will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance and purpose-driven culture.
Recruitment Requirements Key Responsibilities
Partner with
business leaders to design and implement people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount management aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to attract, develop, and retain key talents.
Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Drive career development frameworks, competency mapping, and capability building programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations and complex people matters.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Champion and embed company culture, ensuring alignment between organizational values and business practices.
Leverage HR data and analytics (attrition, engagement, performance) to generate insights and support decision-making.
Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
