HR Cum Admin Executive

Receptionist
Attending the front desk and welcoming customers/partners/suppliers.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Admin
Corporate seal management.
Control office administrative costs.
Purchasing and managing tools and equipment.
Monitor service teams and Supplier.
HR
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Maintain accurate and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and process labor contracts.
Assist develop and, update processes, regulations, policies
Administer HR policies and procedures (social insurance, benefits, assessments, etc.)
Plan and implement internal communication activities and organize internal events (March 8, October 20, monthly birthdays, teambuilding, YEP,...).
Manage and update company information on the company website, social platforms,...
Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
