Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment (70%):
Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
2. Reception & Administration (30%):
Our business activities are focused entirely in the US, so there will be no customers in Vietnam, you will mainly welcome candidates / senior managers of the company and perform the following tasks:
Welcome and greet clients / guests / candidates.
Keep the working area clean and tidy.
Inform security in/out guests.
Handle telephone switchboard. Take and relay messages.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Register/update/cancel company access cards/parking cards when required and have proper records for tracking and managing.
Coordinate with the HR/Office team to prepare the Onboard/Offboard procedure and requirements.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage meeting agendas for the managers.
Coordinate to organize company seminars, birthday events, internal parties, outdoor activities, etc.
Track stocks of office supplies / equipment and place orders (water, snacks, etc) when necessary.
Receiving and sending courier packages.
Arrange water for the office zone.
Translate documents as required.
Work with the HR team to maintain and ensure HR tasks run smoothly.
Support the HR team in posting the jobs, collecting the profiles, and filling out all the forms from the candidates and / or new employees.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field.
Good at English writing and reading.
More than 3+ years of proven experience in Recruitment / HR.
Sound knowledge of the Vietnam Labour Code.
Able to work independently and under pressure, with attention to detail.
Strong and proven analytical skills.
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Dependable and good attendance.
Good at English writing and reading.
More than 3+ years of proven experience in Recruitment / HR.
Sound knowledge of the Vietnam Labour Code.
Able to work independently and under pressure, with attention to detail.
Strong and proven analytical skills.
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Dependable and good attendance.

Attractive Salary:
Starting Salary: starts at $500 to $700 / month (Competitive salary based on ability).
Working time: 8 hours/day 9:00 AM 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Working Address: 7th Floor, Geleximco Building 36 P. Hoang Cau, Cho Dua, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
Probation period: 2 months with full of your official salary.
12 days of annual leave, 11 days of public holidays according to regulations of the Vietnamese Government.
Pay insurance (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance) and other regimes according to current regulations of Vietnam Labor Law.
Working time: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday, You will work from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM at the office.
Softel Solutions Office: 7th Floor, Geleximco Building, 36 Hoang Cau, Cho Dua, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
Project bonus and salary review according to the work quality.
Opportunity to travel and on-site work in the US.
