HR Data Analyst

A. JOB SUMMARY
As an HR Data Analyst, you will:
- Play a crucial role in fostering a data-driven culture to achieve strategic goals.
- Assist the HR Director in all related projects.
Report to: HR Director
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Compilation and Analysis:
- Work closely with HR Director to understand & determine analytics needs, including critical metrics to evaluate the performance of departments and employees, manpower cost and HR expenses, etc.
- Work with data from the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), SharePoint, and other sources.
- Gather, structure, process, and build data model then visualize data to create and maintain reports on various HR topics through dashboards in the PBI platform.
- Design and implement solutions and best practices, with automation and scalability in mind, to empower end-users to become self-reliant.
- Collaborate with departments to implement data solutions and provide insights.
Reporting and Insights:
- Analyze data, and ensure data accuracy & integrity to provide valuable insights into areas for improvement that help streamline HR processes and strategies.
- Periodic & Ad-hoc reporting, Data Analysis duties, or data extraction requests using pre-existing data models.
Other HR and business projects as assigned.
