Mô tả công việc
RECRUITMENT (70%)
Planning recruitment for the month, quarter and year to meet the needs of department personnel
Work with the relevant departments and managers in the company to identify and clarify recruitment requirements.
Develop job descriptions for vacancies.
Accompany and support recruited engineers on issues related to career path or their difficulties in work
Participate in periodic research and assessment activities of the IT human resources market to work together with the team to propose changes to the company's salary structure and organizational structure.
Participate in idea development and development of recruiting brand
Participate in the evaluation of the quality of the company apparatus periodically to give the team the appropriate recruitment direction
Participate in building and developing the company's recruitment sources and channels.
Participate in building and managing candidate databases.
Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment programs for the company.
HR ADMIN (30%)
Carry out the C&B tasks: HR Data/profile management, Contract's management, freelancer's contract & monthly attendance
Coordinate with HR leader/Manager to implement internal cultural activities
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor/manager

Yêu cầu
From 02 years working experience in IT recruitment
Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel)
English or Japanese communication (a big plus only)
Good at numerical and logical thinking
Honesty, integrity, carefulness
Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure,
Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident, and 'can do' attitude.
Ability to connect, motivate people, take the initiative in coordinating and deploying work.
Female candidates born in 1994-1998
Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel)
English or Japanese communication (a big plus only)
