Mô tả công việc
As a HR Executive/ HRBP in NTT (Vietnam) Ltd, your roles & responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Recruitment (40%):
• Work closely with line managers by providing support with the entire talent acquisition process. Develop, research and identify prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Documents and evaluates recruiting and candidate interview process. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools to select right people for the right job;
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates;
• Participating in setting up job descriptions for vacancies;
• Monitor hiring agenda whole year & staff movement plan to support business plan;
• Monitor headcount plan and control annual recruitment budget;
• Maintain accurate candidate database and applicant tracking system;
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment report as requested;
• Support ongoing engagement of employees in the assigned stakeholder group through communication, information sharing, and knowledge management.
2. Training (20%):
• Laisse up with region to manage the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of Training & Development programs for company managers and employees
• Support teams and peers to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
• Monitor implementation of training and development programs and assess its effectiveness;
• Manage and control all related expenditures in the design and implementation of training programs;
• Ensure quality standards in training are maintained throughout all training programs;
• Data analysis/ consolidation and reports.
3. Other (40%):
• Follow up labor contract to ensure the data is accuracy and on time.
• Processes payroll with the following: new hires, terminations, SHI contribution, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, time sheet data, rate changes, retroactive adjustments and special pays; maintains vacation, sick leave and worker's compensation records; compiles reports on base and premium pay; prepares tax deposits and reports;
• Assists in the administration and implementation of the organization's unionized labor relations programs, policies and procedures. Investigates unfair labor practices, facilitates and administers the collective bargaining process, mediates workplace conflicts, and prepares and coordinates disciplinary actions, grievances and arbitration.

Experience and Skill Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience working as an HR Business Partner in a global organization
• Demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business
• Technical understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings
• Proficient in HR including experience in HRIS (Workday), Recruitment, C&B
• Good presentation in both languages (Vietnamese & English)
• Significant experience with effective Learning and Development method
• Good client engagement and relationship building skills
• Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders
• A subject matter expert with the ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Ability to manage assigned work processes
• Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously
• Good understanding and knowledge of international labor legislation and practices
• Good understanding and knowledge of HRIS
Academic qualifications and certifications:
• Bachelor in Human Resources
