Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding
Work with hiring managers on manpower needs & JD development
Use multiple hiring channels: job boards, social media, referrals, events
Conduct interviews & provide hiring recommendations
Maintain & update the recruitment reports
Organize job fairs, campus hiring & employer branding activities
Learning & Development:
Identify training needs & coordinate training programs
Organize workshops, leadership development & skill-enhancement sessions
Measure training effectiveness & support career path development
Update HR policies, guidelines, org charts & improve HR platforms
People Engagement:
Plan and execute engagement programs & internal events
Conduct surveys, analyse insights & recommend improvements
Manage internal communications: announcements, newsletters
Support onboarding: office tour, orientation, check-ins at week 1, month 1 & month 2
Lead employer branding & CSR initiatives
Yêu cầu
5+ years of progressive HR experience, specializing in recruitment, engagement & L&D.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva & AI tools.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build strong cross-level relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, and strategic in problem-solving.
