The job
We are looking for an out-going, young, smart and creative person, who is passionate about HR in general. This HR person will assist and collaborate with other people in the HR team to help in recruitment, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding. Her/His career path is to be HR General/HRBP in the future.
Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition (40%)
Work closely with the company management and leaders from the assigned department to understand recruitment needs and requirements.
Build efficient recruitment approaches to source, hunt, and develop a network of candidates.
Update and manage recruitment pipeline on internal Applicant Tracking System.
2. Employee Engagement (30%)
Brainstorm initiatives and coordinate with relevant departments to plan and implement engagement activities, including but not limited to: daily online games, monthly events, special parties etc.
Conduct the researches and surveys to understand employee's expectations and improve employee's happiness.
3. Employer Branding
Under the supervision of the HRM, propose Employer Branding plans to promote OOOLAB brand to job seekers, recruiters and other people
Undertake and implement Employer Brand and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely

Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Prior experience in IT/Education companies is highly preferred;
Proficient in Excel, Google Drive and other working tools. Understand some basic skills in design is an advantage;
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese; particularly communication ability with multi-background stakeholders and presentation skills;
Ability to design and implement effective materials and documents;
High learning agility and flexibility to adapt to rapid changes from business;
Extroverted, willing to be the host and talk in front of other people.
