Mô tả công việc
1. Talent Acquisition
► Recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the understanding of their needs & expectations then compile a consistent list of requirements, develop job descriptions, job specifications for roles.
- Execute the recruitment process to identify, attract talents; utilize effectively sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals...
- Proactively expand recruitment channels and find solutions for more effective candidate sourcing.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Plan interview schedule and conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Prompt feedback to candidates on the interview result.
- Perform reference checks as needed.
- Proceed and ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary procedures are completed promptly and accurately.
► Employer Branding
- Design and execute employer branding initiatives and activities to enhance company's brand in talent market, including participating in relevant events...
- Maintain strong partnerships with universities, professional associations, and vendors (job board providers, headhunter etc.)
- Ensure the professional image with candidates and other stakeholders.
► Data Management & Reporting
- Create, maintain, and manage strong talent pipelines to ensure available candidate sources for business demand and hiring plan.
- Keep track of hiring metrics with consistent and correct data and make use of such data to provide insights, dashboard that allow strategic decision-making process regarding recruitment improvement.
► Others
- Proactively share and raise the solution to develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective.
- Build networks and relationships to explore more on market recruitment status and stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
2. Learning & Development
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external suppliers to facilitate and develop training courses and programs.
- Participate in designing, organizing, and implementing engagement activities to develop the company's learning culture.
- Participate in reviewing and revising the Company's training policy including procedure, template, spreadsheet...
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
► Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, law, English, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, L&D experience is preferred.
- Be knowledgeable about searching candidates' methods and relevant tools.
- Hands-on experience in organizing events, implementing programs (Campus recruitment, referrals, internship, etc.), and creating and managing contents on social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms)
- Good understanding of latest recruitment/marketing tools, hands-on experience in data management and reporting to track efficiency of recruitment initiatives.
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods such as: interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems are preferable.
► Required Skills/Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good at verbal and written communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Careful, proactive, paying attention to detail and willing to learn new things.
► Working Conditions and Benefits
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
- Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:35 PM, from Monday to Friday
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
- Others: International working environment with a lot of opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
