Mô tả công việc
-Be responsible for the start-to-end recruitment process for non-tech & tech positions: job posting, CV shortlisting, interviewing, offering and onboarding.
- Build up an active talent pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, personal connection and third-party vendor.
- Organize internal events and activities to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs, organize internal training programs, individual and group learning sections
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage and report expenses and office budgets
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years experience as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition,... Priority given to companies with more than 100 employees
- Strong in recruitment, good use of recruitment tools such as Linkedin, FB,...
- Good at English
- Understanding of General Human Resources policies/ procedures, employment/labor laws
- Have the ability to bond and build team spirit within the organization
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attitude: good-energy and active in social activities, charity,...
- Attention to detail, carefulness and integrity. Good-looking is a big plus
- Strong in recruitment, good use of recruitment tools such as Linkedin, FB,...
- Good at English
