Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment
- Carry out the recruitment of personnel and support Human Resources Manager in related works;
- Build and effectively manage the relationships with recruitment service providers and other partners to establish and develop a source of quality candidates.
2. C&B
- Complete monthly timekeeping table for employees;
- Monitor employees' compliance with the Company's regulations.
- Implement and settle insurance regimes according to current regulations for employees and other insurances (if any) for employees;
- Draft and archive documents related to human resources such as announcements, authorizations, minutes, internal decisions, labor contracts, etc., according to the actual work arising and HR Manager requirement
3. Training
- Participate in supporting HR Manager in developing personnel training plans through assessing the quality of personnel and requirements of other departments;
- Implement training programs and synthesize post-training evaluation results for employees under the guidance of HR Manager
4. Internal communications
- Assist HR Manager in planning and organizing the company's periodic events and welfare programs.
- Support HR Manager to develop internal communication plans (publications, gifts, kick-offs events, etc.)
5. Administration
- Implement, monitor and make payment of periodical/incurred office administrative expenses.
- Implement the Procurement of equipment, tools, and office facilities.
- Working with agencies to make WP and Visa for foreign workers.
- Monitor and perform maintenance of the Company's information technology system.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu
1. Education:
- Graduated from college and up majoring in human resources, economics, administration management or other related majors.
- Have knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Laws, insurance Laws, PIT Laws, etc.
2. Working Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in human resources field.
- Priority is given to experience of working in Import-Export companies.
- Good in English
- Good MS Office.
3. Professional Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and performance driven.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good analyse and synthesis skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
4. Attitude:
- Sharp minded, fast learning
- Pro-activity & teamwork spirit.
- Honest & Enthusiasm.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Eager to learn and improve for the better.
