8. Issue labor contract for employees
9. Follow up probation end evaluation and notice for the result of probation to employees
10. Follow up contract end evaluation and contract end renewal
11. Employee's relation & Disciplinary action
12. Improvement commnication with employees
13. In charge of disciplinary actions following company's policy
14. Knowledge or experience in social insurance and PIT is an advantage
15. Other jobs are assigned by Manager
