Mô tả công việc

Support daily office administration and operations, including office supplies, facilities, employee requests.
Support procurement and vendor management, including quotation collection, PO/contract, invoice and payment follow-up.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and preparation of employee equipment and documents.
Support internal events and employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, team activities and company events.
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Final-year student or recent graduate, preferably in Business Administration, HR, Economics or related fields.
Careful, organized, proactive and responsible.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
English communication skills are a plus.
Previous experience in Admin, HR or event organization is a plus but not required.
