JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
The HR Intern serves as a vital administrative and operational resource, primarily acting as the administrative contact point for the Hanoi Office. This role is responsible for managing daily office operations and executing internal and external relations activities. Working closely with the HR department, the intern will also be actively involved in talent sourcing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Office Administration
Monitor daily office operations, manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure equipment is in working order.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in person. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with bookkeeping, budget tracking, and managing expenses or invoices.
Assist employee welfare management including but not limited to planning and organizing employee engagement activities such as company events, meetings, and social gatherings.
Providing timely assistance to employees and maintaining a positive and professional working environment.
HR Procedures
Assist with new employee onboarding and other HR-related administration tasks
Assist the HR department in recruitment tasks including but not limited to sourcing, employer branding, designing PR materials and public relations activities via online and offline channels.
REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, HR or other relevant studies
Interested in HR, especially in administration, internal engagement and talent sourcing
Highly organized, have attention to detail and show ability to multi-task effectively with other stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
Proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, responsible, resourceful with a strong service mindset
Have an interest in photography and have a good use of Photoshop and other media tools is a plus.
