Mô tả công việc
1. Human resources responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition, training and development: manage and retain talents, as well as develop staff members, and collaborate with both internal and external partners for the annual plans and budgets
- Compensation and benefits: execute and ensure that all compensation and benefits comply with company regulations and the Labour Code
2. General affairs activities:
- Supervise and deliver GA services timely ensure the quality of GA services
- Monitor Health, Safety, and Environment Services (HSE) services in compliance with company regulations and current governmental requirements
- Develop GA and HSE service quality, oversee timely supply and reporting, and coordinate closely with internal and external partners in line with section plans and budgets
Yêu cầu
- Education degree: College or University degree in: economic, commercial, administration, social field is preferrable
- Same position in other same size manufacturing or consuming company (200 - 300 HCs)
- HR/HRM job experience: at least 10 years
- HR job experience in the consumer/manufacturing industry: at least 3 years is preferrable
- People and department/team management job experience: 3-5 years
- Knowledge of labour code, social security, personal income tax, HSE
- Knowledge of human resources management
- Technical skills: understanding of HR processes, HR system, HR procedure and Vietnam labour code and other relevant laws and regulations
- Understanding of payroll management, Social security, personal income tax
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
