Mô tả công việc
We are seeking for 01 HR&GA Staff who is fluent in Chinese and/or English, mainly being in-charge of HR ADMIN TASK (70%), RECRUITMENT (30%).
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
HR &ADMIN TASKS (70%):
Payroll:
- Coordinate with Team regarding the payroll process to ensure timely and accurately remittance to employees;
- Be in charge of and record daily timesheet, calculate the monthly payroll (salary, bonus, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave...) for employees based on the timesheet and overtime records, and in accordance with company's rules & policies;
SOCIAL INSURANCE:
- Coordinate Manage employee's claim and allowance payment from Government Social Insurance fund;
- Others related task to compulsory insurance;
PIT:
- Process monthly personal income tax declaration, finalization for employees to ensure PIT compliance;
- Others related task to PIT;
Payment:
- Purchase office equipment, machinery, and stationery and follow up maintenance in order to ensure all are in good working condition;
- Other tasks as assigned;
- Control office expenses (office renting, parking, taxi bill, etc), collect invoice, ensure the accuracy and make request for payment as deadlines;
- Manage company's asset and update situation regularly;
- Report and process payment for business trip allowances for employees.
- Arrange logistics for business trip: book air ticket, hotel room, visa, etc;
- Handle employees' issues: uniform, employee card, parking ticket, working equipments, etc;
- Be in charge of making and process Service contract, Agreement, Purchase Order, Non-Disclosed Agreement.
Admin:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee's personal profile;
- Support on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related department and onboard/off-board checklist;
- Prepare offer letter, labor contract & commitment and C&B related documents;
- Make monthly/ periodically HR reports to submit authorities in accordance with law;
- Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by Manager
RECRUITMENT (30%):
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects;
- Involve in employer branding activities (workshop, job fairs);
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support;
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database;
- Improve the brand identity of Thundersoft Vietnam on Facebook, Linkedin;

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in HR, Law, Accounting, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Finance or Economics are preferred;
- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese; written skill in English is required.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in the same position and basic understanding of C&B system in foreign organizations (experience in IT company is a plus);
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic;
- Ability of working independent and teamwork with minimum supervising.
