Mô tả công việc
DYM Medical Center is a Japanese company operating in the medical industry. We have branches in Japan, the USA, Thailand, and Hong Kong. In Vietnam, we started in 2019 and now have 3 general clinics.
DYM is providing Health check-up services for companies in Vietnam (health check-ups once a year for staff regulated by the Vietnamese Labor Code). Besides that, we provide some other medical services such as health check-ups when applying for work permits, and treatment for Vietnamese and foreigners, especially Japanese.
Now, we are looking for HR General Executive to join our HR team. This position will work at 39 Le Duan, District 1 or 71 Hoang Van Thai, District 7. Please see details of this position as belows:
A. Recruitment:
• Propose and implement recruitment ads on the website and social media, expand recruitment sources
• Manage and update data of candidates, potential candidates
• Research, track, reports about the usage of recruitment packages to manage cost recruitment.
• Screen CV and arrange interviews
• Notify results of interview for candidates
• Orientation training for new staff and existing employees
• Collect documents and input data of new employees after they pass interview and start onboard
• Cooperate with the Operation team to recruit and manage part-time employee schedule
• Build up recruiting plans and report weekly
• Build up the recruitment procedure
B. C&B
• Make payroll / SI-HI-UI / PIT and other C&B-related tasks
• Manage employee data, documents, and contracts.
• Making labor contracts, appendix, decision of termination, transfer, assignment...
• Labor report to authorities
C. Admin
• Support legal matters if any
• Submit Visa/ Work Permit/ TRC for foreign staff
• Build an internal network to improve employment relations
• Plan and organize company internal activities: team building, parties, ...
• Employee card/ Parking card (if needed) for new employee
• Build an internal network to improve employment relations, follow-up and resolve issues concerning union
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager

Yêu cầu
o 2 - 3 years of experience in the HR&AD field is preferred
o Proficient in English
o Proficient in computer skills
o Strong communication and organizational skills, time management
o Have a positive attitude and willingness to take on new assignments.
o Independent and well-self-controlled with honesty and sincerity, responsibility.
o Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.
