HR General Officer

Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans that align with the company's needs.
- Coordinate with various departments to identify recruitment needs and specific hiring criteria.
- Execute the recruitment process to ensure the company's staffing requirements are met accurately and timely.
Employee Journey Management:
- Carry out the onboarding process to guide and support new employees in integrating with the company.
- Monitor and manage the entire journey of employees from their entry into the company to their departure.
- Assist with issues related to salaries, bonuses, benefits, and employment contracts.
- Address employee queries and provide support during their tenure
C&B
- Calculate monthly salaries and bonuses for employees.
- Estimate the annual budget for salaries and bonuses
Collaborate with the Team to Build Company Culture:
- Organize internal activities to foster employee engagement and build a positive corporate culture.
- Encourage and develop the company's core cultural values.
- Listen to and collect feedback from employees to improve the working environment.
Other Duties:
- Manage office admin tasks.
- Supervise and guide HR interns in performing admin tasks.
