Mô tả công việc
Caliber, a member of Kyber Group, is the first Web3 Venture Builder started by veteran web3 builders and aims to build the next generation of web3 startups with new founders. We consider ourselves a co- founder of each startup & work side- by- side with the founders. We not only support the founders financially but also with engineering resources, research, product strategy and other logistic matters. We are looking for an HR Specialist for Caliber to take care of the team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
While the candidate we are looking for is preferably stronger in recruitment skills, it is expected that the candidate should be aware of other HR tasks and will need to cover those responsibilities after assuming the position (with support from Kyber Group and Kyber Network HR teams).
Recruitment:
Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates in VN and globally using a variety of channels.
Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers.
Scheduling onboarding for new employees.
Make recruitment plans and costs proposal.
Conducting confidential interviews and checking references and credit.
Consulting with managers to obtain their input on potential hires.
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
General HR:
Caliber has team members in both VN and Global, with an expected size of 10- 15 members. Most general HR tasks are irrelevant or applicable to global team members.
Employment data & reporting
- Ensure that all personnel information is recorded sufficiently, accurately and updated in the Company database platforms (offline and online)
- Prepare employment contracts for employees; and keep track of those contracts status corresponding to employee status updates
- Execute the process steps during the employee's journey: onboarding, promotion, rotation, offboarding, etc.
Payroll
- Produce the monthly payroll, ensuring its accuracy and timeline.
- Coordinate with Accounting team regarding the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate remittance to employees.
Personal income tax (PIT)
- Register PIT code & PIT dependant for new employees
- Implement the annual PIT finalization for eligible employees following the updated timeline and regulations.
- Complete monthly/quarterly PIT declaration reports
Social, healthcare & unemployment insurance (SHUI)
- Ensure that the operation of SHUI in accordance with the regulations and company's policies, including registration, contribution, reporting, claim.
- Premium Healthcare Insurance program for employees and family members:
- Work with employees and Insurance partner to ensure the program's efficient operations, including registration, reporting, claim.
Others
- Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by the Company.
- Organize annual employee performance reviews.
- Provide support to employees in various HR- related topics such as leaves, business trip and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in development and administration of compensation strategy and company recognition programs.

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in HR or other related majors.
Around 3+ years of working experience as an HR professional, especially in recruitment.
Good communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT and SHUI Law and other related regulations.
Strong MS Word, Excel, data analytics & reporting skills. Tech-savvy enough to quickly adapt to new database/collaboration platforms (like Notion, Slack. etc.).
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good at multi-tasking skills, strong time management skills and self-discipline.
A highly responsive person with great attention to detail.
Nice to have:
Previous work experience in a technology company is an advantage.
Working overseas or working in an international environment
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in HR or other related majors.
