1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure the best fit for roles across design, production, sales, and administration.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, post openings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Organize and lead onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively into the company culture.
- On board training.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, workshops, and company events.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and ensure a fair and transparent grievance process.
3. Performance Management assistance
- Support managers & in setting goals, performance reviews and delivering constructive feedback.
- Develop strategies to improve employee productivity and job satisfaction align with company business objective & sustainability goals.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:
- Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Benchmark compensation to ensure competitiveness in the Vietnam labor market.
- Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, leave, and wellness programs.
- Ensure the company's HR policies are in line with Vietnam's labor laws, including minimum wage, working hours, social security, and other statutory requirements.
5. HR Records & Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records to manage employee data, attendance, and performance records.
- Provide reports & data to support decision-making in workforce planning and company policy updates.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably in retail, fashion, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a creative, fast-paced environment is a plus.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Structure: Basic Salary of 1,000USD + with a Monthly Performance Bonus.
